As an adjunct to the clinical/therapeutic I do in the office, sometimes psycho-education via Ted Talks or bibliotherapy (recommended books) can be extremely helpful. Making progress is always at the forefront of the work I conduct. I encourage you to take a look and consider watching some of these videos.
